Terms of Service

ExpiryDesk helps you track expiry dates. By using it, you agree to the terms below. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. You can cancel anytime. The app is provided as-is — it's a reminder tool, not a guarantee that you'll never miss a renewal.

By installing or using ExpiryDesk you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app — and you can uninstall and delete your account at any time.

ExpiryDesk is built and operated by Integrra Systems, a limited liability partnership registered in India. These terms form an agreement between you and Integrra Systems.

You need an account to use ExpiryDesk. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. One account per person — you may not share login credentials with anyone else. Family profiles inside a single account are how the app supports households; that's separate from sharing accounts.

If you suspect someone else has access to your account, email us at hello@expirydesk.app and we will help you secure it.

You agree not to:

• Use ExpiryDesk to store content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the app or any part of the service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code.
• Attempt to break into the service, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or interfere with other users.
• Use the app to harass, deceive, or impersonate someone.

ExpiryDesk has three tiers:

• Free — up to 5 documents on a single profile, push reminders, smart document templates, privacy-first storage.
• Premium — $9.99 per year. Unlimited documents, up to 5 family profiles, push and email reminders, PDF export and full-screen show mode, smart reminder suggestions.
• Premium Family — $14.99 per year. Everything in Premium, plus unlimited family profiles, multi-generation tracking, priority email support, and early access to new features.

Both Premium tiers include a 7-day free trial automatically when you start one — no credit card required. After the trial, the subscription auto-renews annually unless you cancel.

Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store) are the merchants of record for all paid subscriptions. They charge your payment method, handle invoices, and process refunds per their respective policies.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings — not from inside ExpiryDesk itself, because we don't process the billing.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google according to their own refund policies. Cancelling stops future renewals; access to Premium features continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

We aim to keep the service running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance, outages from our vendors, and the occasional bug all happen.

Because document data is stored on your device, the core of ExpiryDesk works offline. The features that require our servers — sign-in, account creation, email reminders, subscription state sync — depend on us being up.

You keep all rights to the documents, photos, and information you store in ExpiryDesk. Your data is yours.

We retain all rights to the ExpiryDesk app, the website, our source code, our brand, and our content. Using the app does not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as described in these terms.

ExpiryDesk is provided as-is. It is a reminder tool, not legal, financial, immigration, or professional advice. You are responsible for actually renewing your own documents — the app exists to help you remember, not to renew on your behalf.

We don't warrant that the app will be error-free, that every reminder will arrive on time, or that the app fits a specific purpose. Use the app alongside your own judgment, not in place of it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integrra Systemsis not liable for missed renewals, late fees you incur, indirect losses, or consequential damages caused by relying on a reminder that didn't arrive on time.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us for the subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. That deletes your data on our servers and your local document database, immediately.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms — for example, repeated abuse of the service or attempts to harm other users.

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll revise the effective date and, for material changes, send a notice to account holders before they take effect. Continued use after the revised date means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Before bringing a formal claim, both sides agree to attempt good-faith negotiation by emailing hello@expirydesk.app first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved by the courts located in India with jurisdiction over Integrra Systems's registered office.
